It was just a matter of time…beyond the pure aesthetics of this place, it’s hard to bring up anything new here; another old instuation of rustic decadence and 30 years of old New York. Gone.  Let’s see if someone (please no Trump) can save and restore this beauty.  On a comic film note…what a great scene from Ghostbusters where Rick Moranis and the “dog.”
