the single slice...a dying breed?

It’s been 10 years since my last confession.

Don’t worry; my focus is not on the death of the meatpacking district.  However, we looked and looked for a slice of pizza (an oldie but goodie Due Amici closed) and finally found the Gaslight Lounge opened a pizzeria offspring…400 W 14th St. Yeah, it was okay but not great.

Still good for them + the neighborhood.  Botique hotel guests shell out money and lots of money (above mentioned slice was $4.00). Still, hard to find a slice these days.   Come’on New York; you are a pizza town.  Aren’t you?  Weren’t you?
