Recently, upon hearing about the In-N-Out Burger hitting New York along with the DKNY mural forever gone and replaced by a generic Hollister (another California outlet), its become quite clear that New York is going the way of every other American city. It’s a hodge podge of big generic business which settles and grows its tentacles. Soon New York’s own little burger place, Shake Shack will be a dinosaur.

What always made New York special were its indigenous shacks and places. Those are quickly being run out by high rents and yes, it’s looking like the Mall of America. And now, California is quickly invading. Even Montauk is a wanna-be hyperbreed of West Coast mentality.

Cool, brah.
